Hi, I'm a newbie here so be gentle
I would like to extend my wireless signal so I can use the internet wirelessly upstairs. Can you recommend wireless extenders that are compatible with the livebox please?
I wouldn't think you'd need an extender unless there's some seriously thick concrete or metal between the Livebox and PC.
My Belkin router is upstairs in a front bedroom and I can use my laptop in the back garden.....range of at least 25 metres and that's through a half metre thick stone wall !!

i live in a 250 year old stone house which does a very good job at blockingthe signal. lol. the live box is in the downstairs office in the extension.
my upstairs office is in another extension but one wall of it is 250 year old stone and the room does not receive any signal where it is but outside the door in the corridor it has signal so I need a booster or extender to reflect some signal into this upstairs room.
There is another option as well as an extender/repeater. The homeplug systems seem pretty good, ethernet over your home power wiring, there's even ones that have a wireless access point in one plug that can provide ethernet to nearby PC's and create a wireless hotspot for those troublesome areas.
