I am trying to access my wifes works webmail for her as it doesnt work on our home Pc. It logs in, but doesnt show the folders. Ive tried it on my works laptop at work and I can access it fine.
She has rung the company's IS department and they said you just need to make sure the cookies are enabled and so is scritpting, as its Java based I believe. (ive seen simular solutions from google searching) but it still doesnt work.
Ive actual been through all my internet settings on my laptop to our home pc and their exactly the same.
Is there any chance that either the livebox settings are effecting it (though I have disable the firewall and that didnt work) or is it something to do with the Wanadoo connection?
The livebox itself has a firewall which could be effecting it. Just need to log in through 192.168.1.1 and go into security then firewall. Turn it off and see if that helps at all.
