I have just signed up for Home max package, Orange have just taken over my line from BT. BT used to have a permenant with held number for me What do I have to do to get Orange to do the same.
I recommend running back to BT before its too late. Chances are, they will give you unlimited lies and hassle and stress. Or they will help you and give you a withheld service back, probably with a charge however.
