Received a letter today saying we violated the fair use again (about 50) and were being cut off.

So, i called and got my MAC and in 5 days i will hopefully be on someone else Very Happy

It couldnt have come at a worse time though, University apps need filling out and college coursework needs doing.

Get out of Orange ASAP

Others more knowledgeable than myself will correct me if I am wrong here but I think that if you respond to Orange, in this way, by requesting a MAC and then use it you might be initiating a termination of your contract with all its associated termination penalties. Just a thought.

Nah, they said in the letter they will be canceling my service as of 30 days...

SO i have 30 days to find someone new.

We asked our cousin (works for the CPS) and she said we would win hand over fist if this all came to a trial where they were asking for money off of us.

A MAC used in this situation shouldn't cause you to be billed any remaining contract term.
