Dear all, like many others, I broke the fair use policy for the excellent UNLIMITED Orange package and my account will be suspended... tomorrow.
So I've checked that I need to cancel my direct debit, and I called to get a MAC number.
BUT, I took a plan broadband + mobile phone so the bb cost me £5. I took a £30 phone contract that I dont use all - but could not take lower as it was not compatible with free UNLIMITED broadband. What are my rights about that? Ideally, I would like to cancel as well my mobile phone - am I allowed to stop my direct debit for phone as well?
Oooooh Orange is so crap. I hope I will have less problems with my next ISP. I think i will go with Virgin... dont they have a limit?
They'd argue that you broke their fair use policy, after being warned, and so are liable for the phone contract. I don't see much way out of that myself.
