Hi, sorry long history.

Set up my parents computer 3 months ago and all was fine VISTA, until 3 weeks ago when the speedtouch stoped working etc... phoned Orange and went through techy stuff and was sent another cd. Well no joy and after an escalation and 3 promised call backs that havent happened they are stuck with no broadband and software that wont work.

I have checked the line and the computer, all usb's are working the speedtouch is working, its the software that isnt.

Please help, I am at my witts end, my parents only got the computer to email my brother in the US and now cant talk to him, they are both of ill health and finding it all very stressfull.

Not clear what your problem is can you give more details.

The best way to sort it may be to uninstall the modem and start again.

What software is not working?
