2nd Whats the Best wireless adapter to get to run Orange wireless.
Thats not an easy question to answer as it depends on your requirments. Generally most adapters are very similar.
If you want pure speed then it's better to go for an internal card than USB adapter, any extra speed features have to be supported by the router so that'll often dictate the make you buy if you go for that option. Others prefer ones that have good or unobtrusive software or better yet just let windows manage the wireless. Extensions, ariels and such come into it if you need to position things to get a better signal.
I'm sure some others on here can give opinions of adapters they've owned and used.

3rd I was wondering what brand of ethernet cable to get if I dont want to run it as Wireless.
Cables are generally cables. Providing it's reasonable then any cable should provide a good connection. Just don't go for the cheapest and you should have no trouble.
