I ordered for Orange broadband then later cancelled after a
day and half , orange then tagged my line after the cancellation , I
have being calling, written to them so many times but up until today
nothing has being done, it is close to seven weeks now, the worst is I
can't get connected as long as their marker is on my line and they are
refusing to remove their marker.Is this some sort of blackmail or what?
Orange have 10 working days in which to remove your tag - by law.
After this time log a complaint with both ISPA and OFFCOM.
Somebody posted on here recently who had problems getting a tag removed.
Orange claimed there were 'complications'. After the person contacted both of the above, Orange said that they could suddenly go ahead with the removal of the tag.
Basically Orange do absolutely anything to try and retain customers' money.
