Still having trouble getting wireless connection to my other computer. Works fine on the main computer. Message coming up saying limited or no network availability. When I try to repair it says that there is no network address. Where do I go to check this and what do I put in.
You don't put anything in it is obtained automatically by the computer. Limited or No connectivity could be caused by a number of things.
Check the network key is correct its hexidecimal this means all in Caps, no spaces A-F and 0-9, ideally make an ethernet connection and copy and paste from the configuration pages.
Check the security settings are correct, by default WPA-PSK and TKIP
Some systems dont like the default livebox configuration of "WEP or WPA security" you can change this on the livebox configuration pages to WPA only or WEP only, you may need to change the settings on both PCs
to get to the configuration pages open your browser type 192.168.1.1 in address bar, press enter, click configure the livebox, enter ADMIN for username and password. Ther WEP can be copied from Security --> Wireless and the security can be changed from Configuration --> Advanced --> Wireless
