And its really p*****g me off now. My Mum and Dad keep saying i am blocking it, so they change ISP, which im not.
Every time we ring up Orange they say there is something wrong with the line, We got BT to come in and check it all and they say the line is perfect and shouldn't be getting any problems. Orange still say there is a problem with the line, which there isn't. I have also just found out that a neighbour of ours, who is using Orange, has had the exact same problem for the same amount of time.
Our belkin router says "No connection" and the speeds are a tiny 22kbps down and 128kbps up. The Crapbox says "PPP Server Down"
My Dad keeps ringing them up, we have tried to cancel but the keep offering us free broadband and mobile contracts, And eventually hang up.
I cant believe i was sticking up for Orange before this happened :@
Some problems are being caused by extension boxes and their cabling.
If you have a linebox with a removable plate lower half, remove it and plug the Belkin into the test socket without a filter and post the router stats here
