hi, i am with Orange broadband and 2 months into the 18 month starter package. i have been offline for 6 days. Funny thing is i can access the Orange website fine and i can access the google home page but little else. i cant get onto ebay msn,myspace etc. i don't think i need to write about my many phonecalls to customer support and tech support but i have been told it is likely if i can access the Orange page that they are upgrading the speed of my line and it is likely to just come back on when its ready as that is exactly what happened to the person who told me. has anyone got any opinions on that? thanks in advance. john

Use the link on the top right of the page marked MTU Settings. That should explain a bit and help you sort the problem out.
