It's nice to see that Orange are finally admitting on their website that there is a problem with Broadband!
Perhaps it even means that it might be fixed soon.
Think of it this way - they put a message up that there is a problem and they are working on it. A few hours later every thing is working again and Orange are heroes!
On the other hand - the message stays there for weeks on end and they look like incompetent fools.
I know I'm not the only one here who has lost my bb (day 19 without connection now!), but it would be nice to hear some encouraging news on here.
We know that you're watching, Orange, and we know that some of your people post on here (whether it's with your blessing or not, I don't know), so please put a message on here to reassure us that issues are being addressed.
Now that you've actually admitted to a problem on your own website, it's time to stop lurking in the background and talk to us - your customers - with a status report.
