After all the problems I had with wanadoo i've now had BT wireless broadband for just over a month and have to say I couldn't be happier.
Haven't had a problem so I can't comment on the customer service but it's a breath of fresh air compared to the rubbish service I received from the now Orange.
It's just nice to think not all ISP's are the same.
ive been with BT on 4 occassions before and i had no problems what so ever. exellent support (free 24/7) and great speeds. i no were im heading back to asap. after all think,,,there the ones who supply the line and own the exchanges. if you have problems which i never had with BT, they get sorted asap not like these mad monks!!! 1stepback,,,igo for it pal...i assure you, you wont look back m8.
