i have Orange broadband. when i first installed it, it worked. then every now and again it would lose connection and i would have to re-connect. now it wont load at all. i have unplugged various things and plugged them back in and it still wont load. i tried re-installing and it worked. next time i logged on, it wouldn't work again. has anyone had this problem?
I've run all the diagnoses tests but they don't help. I've virus and spy software installed so am lost on what to do. I can't uninstall and re-install it everytime I want to go online!
