Looks like there's many different versions and stuff but try checking the following if you can, provide any options or settings your not sure about and we'll see what can be done.
Main bits are:
128bit WEP,
Authentication shared,
key provided automatically,
IEEE 802.1x disabled, (Think this one may be the cause of the username/password/domain request)
put the livebox in pairing mode press "1" so the antenna light is flashing,
I was having trouble connecting my WM5 PDA (Orange M600), along with many others (it seems, from searching google). Had resigned myself to having to buy a new router/modem... until I found this forum. What helped was the post with the username/password (admin/admin). With that I could 'fiddle' with the settings of the LiveBox router.
Changed wifi channel (from 1 to 7)
changed WEP key (to something easier to 'type' into the pda 'keyboard')
changed "WPA or WEP security" to "WPA security only"
et, voila!
Don't know which of the 3 changes was the killer, (suspect it was the last) but I'm a happy t'internet smurfer once again.
