Hello, has anyone got any ideas please: When people hit the 'Reply' button to reply to my emails I do not receive them yet I receive all other mails from them. It just seems to be the 'Reply' ones I dont get sooo annoying.....
Check the settings for your email client and make sure your email address/reply address are correct. You could also check if the emails are coming back at all by going into your email through the Orange page.

I have just had a friend who knows computers (better than I do) have a look and he says my settings are all OK. When you say 'going through the Orange page' do you mean webmail. If you do I have checked this and I am not getting replies there either.
Dont know what to do next, if I phone Orange it is so costly.
Don't bother to phone because they can't really do much at that point. If they're not getting to your account looking in webmail then there's practically nothing they can really do as theres no way to tell at what point the problem is. If there were any returned or bounced emails the messages would help work out where the problem is.
