I am thinking about rejoining Orange, well I am having problem with my ISP at the moment and the connection affected me too much and the line keep cutting off so I am thinking about leaving my ISP and going back to Orange. My dad has it and he let me to use it and got no problem. Do you guys think is that a good idea if I go back to Orange because the way that haven't affected my dads connection??

I dont know what you mean by changed but as Ciderfox said it's best you read the forums there is plenty of posts about "Unlimited" and cancelled contracts. what you choose to believe is entirely up to you.

I have mixed opinions on the Orange service. I have been with them for quite sometime and have to admit I have hardly ever been effected by any speed problems, but in the last few years their service has deterioted IMHO. I used to use their Newsgroup service which they closed down (I now pay via a premium service). I got a letter threatening to close my account down for going beyond their 'fair usage' although the service is advertised as 'Unlimited'. I was charged £20 for upgrading from the 2mb service to 8mb over a year ago and still haven't had an upgrade and they won't refund me the money. The Wi-Fi Livebox kept disconnecting when downloading until I bought my own Ethernet card due to the poor wireless router supplied..... apart from that the service is OK
I had Wanadoo and Freeserve broadband for years without any problems.
If ever I had to ring them they were so helpful and keen to sort things.
Orange are a very different story though, broadband is not their area quite clearly.
Like others have said, read posts on here to make up your mind for yourself.
In my opinion and experience I would say they haven't got a clue and don't care about their customers.
Instead they dish out excuses and use very poor equipment to a heavily over-subscribed network.
