On June 6th Tiscali switched off the braodband service, and Orange 'took over' the service. Orange needless to say are charging me, but there is no service on the line.
I have recently kept a list and timings of the calls, so far well over four hours elapsed time with as many possible 'fob off' excuses as the calls made (well in excess of 30). Four hours of my life and also four hours on the line at 7p per minute to have my inteligence insulted by a load of call centre indians; who frankly don't care.
This has gone beyond even 'bad service'. I would like to know if there is any method of suing the compnay for my time, loss of amenity (no bradband), cost of calls and frankly the insults recieved from India?
There is no point in using the Orange call centre ("Hello and THANKS for calling Orange, your call is of no value to us other than we charge you for complaining, please choose the following options 1. For someone who will lie to you, 2. for some one who will give the impression of caring but in fact doesnt, 3. for someone who knows their service will not work but shifts the blame to you etc etc")
