I have just moved house 3 weeks ago, and have moved my Orange service over, it took about 2 weeks to do so, everything seemed to be ok, but i seemed to notice that whenever I click links it just pauses on "Looking up www.msn.co." or whatever site I am clicking, takes an age to load up or gives the page cannot be displayed error (tried 3 different browsers).
My speed is 8 meg unlimited, i have a livebox, and have 2 computers connected to it, a 24" iMac and a PC with Vista Windows, both computers have the same pause, but don't pause however when i piggyback onto my next door neighbour's connection.
I have checked the broadband speed online and it is 6.5 down and 3 up so the connection seems fine.
Can anyone cast any light on why this might be happening please? I have tried restting the modem, to no avail.
