3 weeks ago my I received the livebox and the broadband switched to Orange. Today I got an e-mail from Orange to tell me that my account was now active. I know it is as it has been working for nearly 3 weeks.
Does anyone know how long before the VOIP starts working? I believe that once everything is OK, there should be an activation box in the Member Centre. At present this is not there.

Perhaps because they've only just realised your account is active ?
It will probably take them another 7 days or numerous phone calls from you before the Member Centre is updated because that's the responsibility of another department.

I think I will leave that for the droids to work that out for themselves. The VOIP is something that will be nice to have but isn't worth any more calls to the Laughlines.
I will leave that for Orange's system to sort that out. One guy from Orange who rang me said it would take around 10 days from activation. I think I can quite happily save myself any more calls to the script-kiddies for a couple of weeks at least.
It usually takes a few days to auto activate once everything's gone through.
You could always email them your account details, MAC address and serial number from the livebox and ask them to manually activate it for you. No cost and you don't have to speak to them that way.
