<Livebox Issues? ~ PPP server down - another one bites the dust...

I've read other threads on this forum, I have exactly same situation. My internet connection is down saying PPP server down and apparently guys/girls on helpline have no idea whatsoever on the cause. They ask to wait - I guess until it automagically resolves itself.
I was so glad with that broadband so far - nice VOIP, fast connection and Livebox is a great tool also. Now? I'm just disgusted with the way they approach this matter. The only thing they can tell me is "it's a known issue, please wait" (well, at least now they admit it! but why the hell don't they inform their customers BEFORE they join that Orange is experiencing such issues...)
This is basically just to show that the problem still exists and still their support on that is completely rubbish.
