We've had a trouble free few months with Orange, but a few days ago our connection kept disconnecting every few hours. Now it's totally off. The modem and our (hardly ever used) livebox can't get a connection and Orange say there's no problem!
They said we can't leave as we've got a contract with them - where can we go from here? Surely, there's a right to quit the service if you really want to!?
