Hi there, was wondering if i was to get my MAC and change providers,
would i be charged? If so how much?

So now apparently im getting a MAC code.. what part of my email indicated or could have been mis-nterpreted as me wanting that?
So i emailed them back, saying what i actually wanted, and they replied with:

If the customer's within their 12-month contract they can cancel at any
time but are liable for the remainder of that contract.
If the customer's outside their 12-month contract then the customer can
cancel without any fees, but has to give 30 days' notice.
So i dont think i'm actually going to get anywhere, this is what happens when you get someone from india or pakistan or wherever they are these days to do something that requires the smallest bit of intelligence.
