the default is userid admin, password admin.
if not, you will have to reset it by
turning the livebox on
press and hold the 1 button on the side near the USB socket
whilst doing so, power up the livebox
the @ sign will flash rapidly 11 times - your livebox is now reset
Turn off the livebox,
press and hold the 1 button,
turn it on,
wait for the Three centre lights to come on solid,
release the button.
It should then be reset to default, you'd need to pair any wireless connections back up and re-enter your username and password. Takes a couple of minutes to come back up once you've reset it.
