I was scheduled for an upgrade from 1mb to the 8mb srvice last Thursday. According to Wanadoo there would be 30 minutes downtime. Rather than 30 minutes it's been 5 days an ccounting.
Multiple calls to customer service and technical support have provided no update. A guy actually put the phone down on me today when I said I wanted to cancel my account
I don't seem to be able to escalate this within Wanadoo. Not having ADSL is a major problem for me so is there anything I can do?
