Thanks for the site, I am fed up with my exiting broadband supplier too, "now wireless broadband", and I am going to change to an ADSL based solution, which I thought would be best to go for wanadoo or BT as they both supply their own routers, but after reading your story on the register I'm going to BT, it looks like hardly anyone can get it right from a technical and customer service perspective though.
