Broadband been down since beginning of August. They have actually
admitted that it is a problem on there "server" and that they are
trying there BEST to fix it .yea right .
the latest was today when my flatmate called to find out what the status is , because once again they are not calling back like they promised , they told her that if she switch off the live box for 30 minutes and switch it back on , that the Broadband would work for a while !! AHAHAHAHAH
When I call them to find out what the f*ck is going on and why are they
lying to her , the "technical support guy " said that they must have meant
once they line is working again .. sigh ..
I don't know what to do anymore , I can't believe that they can get away with people sitting without service for so long !
Anyway way I can get in touch with the escalation team directly ?
They seems to sort of know what is going on !!!
Write a formal complaint, they must reply within 5 days, you can then force the escalation yourself, i.e. you control the complaint investigation process not Orange :-
They have already contacted me , but I have not heard anything from
them since they called me FRIDAY NIGHT .. jeeze ..

Dont bother logging a complaint etc - it will take forever and get you more stressed.
I was offline for 6 weeks with no end in sight being fobbed off with the usual excuses. I then emailed the Eric Abensur with a diary of my experience, head of Orange BB and result in 2 days, released with no penalties to go elsewhere.
