Hi all im new on this site.
Ok, now I know there's many a topics regarding the above. I am also aware of all the help in the MTU area and I have been through everthing.
I have been with Orange for 2 years and have recently moved from the midlands to the yorkshire area.
I was able to access this certian site before with the same setup (orange 2mb and livebox) but now i have been reconnected here...guess what the 1 site i want to go on i cant.
Has anone moved and had the same issue, or can anyone help me...changing ISP's takes ages

Normally the IP shouldn't matter in the slightest.
I presume you did a lookup to get the site's IP, can you ping it? Tracert it? (With the livebox firewall off) Access the hosting company's site?

What dou you mean by accesing the companies site?

Well most websites use hosting provided by another company, as servers share the same network and can often service more than one site the issue can effect more than one site. Otherwise it points to a problem specifically with that site.
Does hop 4 and 14+ always time out like that? 14+ is unlikely to be part of Orange's network but 4 most likely is.
It seems so, I've just ran another trace, it has come up with the same results.
4 fails on any site i try but the rest (14+) are ok.
Should I be pointing towards the site then more so Elhana?

There's not much you can say directly about it as apart from getting them to add those details to a fault. Even then as you can get a connection to subsequent hops in the chain it might not fix the problem.
