Before upgrading to a Livebox I had a Speedtouch modem.
I am really ---ed off with my Livebox and will be returning it to Orange eventually. How do I reinstall my old modem if this is at all possible. I tried at weekend but it seemed to stop halfway through the installation process (CD).
When I got my Deadbox did Orange shut down the modem facility.
There's no connection just a red light. When I insert the CD to install the modem it gets to the bit that tells me to plug in the USB (it says be patient this could take a few moments for the PC to recognise the modem) it sticks and goes no further.
Can I get the drivers off the internet.
Sorry about all the naive questions but I haven't had a lot of experience with broadband - only a bad one with a useless Livebox.
