Has anyone else been told that Orange are aware of a speed problem in your area and they are waiting for BT to fix it? Someone from Orange phoned me up to tell me this (they phoned after about 30 calls to them though,they don't normally do this).
I found out that the fault was up the BT pole outside my house,which my new isp got them to sort out straight away.
It's great to hear you've got a decent connection now Anthony.
It amazes me how many people, including myself, move from Orange and immediately get a great connection.
