I am sick and tired of receiving computer generated letters from Orange threatening to sue me. I am sure this is affecting my credit rating.
Will I pay? - No, a thousand times. They have no case and I intend to have their claims, which are nothing more than second rate fiction, cremated. I propose to instruct my Legal Expense Insurer to appoint a solicitor to get rid of this headache.
Anyone else ever played them at their own game? Intrigued to know the outcome.
Yes, a friend of mine took them on... he was a solicitor, but basically they werent too keen to keep barking once they realised that he had sharper teeth. He sent them a few letters and threatened to commence legal action, they dropped things pretty quick... but as expected they never replied to tell him this.
