I have a problem with webmail. As a result of being inundated with SPAM and exceeding the measly 100MB and also because of the very limited SPAM filters on webmail and the lack of an email forwarding facility I decided to use an external means of sorting SPAM and automatically deleting SPAM mails off the server.
I now find that I have only been able to remove around half of the 100 blocked words on webmail. This is causing problems since some incoming emails get caught in the junk folder on webmail. If I highlight aa word and click delete I get an error message for the remaining words. I assume that Orange's antivirus program is blocking their removal.
Orange customer services have been incredibly unhelpful. By phone people who don't understand even basic English put me on hold whilst they charge £0.50 per minute. The responses by email have been a waste of time. In fact mostly they don't bother to reply at all.
Does anyone know another way of clearing words from the blocked list?

The best way is to open a Google free mail account it uses different ports and can be used in any email client the only problem is telling people ur new email addy i stopped using my freeserve email addy long before i left Orange because it was inundated with spam and Orange wanted me to go into a new 12 month contract just to change my email addy i told them my name is Billy Hunt not Silly *unt.

Several more communications from Orange customer care. All refer me to Orange help files which tell me to do what I have just said in my email I have already tried and which doesn't work.
I think that I may simply have to accept that your service is crap. Orange webmail service needs to be redesigned. It needs forwarding. It needs mending. It needs the ability to set up different spam rules and divert to different folders according to the different rules. No wonder so many users have left.
I am having then you leave me no choice I will have to leave Orange. This will cause me a great deal of inconvenience and expense since I have been using my email address for 10 years from Freeserve days. Orange shows a complete disregard for its customers and it is no wonder they have gained such a bad reputation.
I can't believe what an awful service Orange offer and why they employ help staff is a mystery to me for what good they are.
