I applied rang for my MAC code on 21st July which they were supposed to email to me - 13 working days later and many emails to 'customer services', or should I say 'jobsworths' they still tell me 'they understand my concern' - which really [i]winds me up [/i](I'm being very polite here but I'm sure you know what I really mean)!! Have contacted the ISPA and maybe they can do something. Why does something so simple have to be so stressful and why should I get myself all wound up having to write letters of complaint (which I have done anyway!!)
I really can't wait to escape
They have to give you a MAC code in 5 working days thats the law now.
It's also the law that you shouldn't drink and drive, shouldn't exceed 30mph on restricted roads etc etc but if it's not policed effectively then what good is the legislation ? Have Orange been found guilty and punished for not giving a MAC within 5 days ???????
