Hi when I set up the livebox with ethernet adaptor and hook my brothers machine up with a Orange wirleless adaptor when we shut the computers down we lose the wirelless connection i.e. it does not automatically connect and we have to go inot pairing mode eachtime! have to try and get a wireless connection again rather than the computer finding it itself!
Why is this surely once the livebox is detected the connection should establish automatically.
Try checking this, after shutting down start up the ethernet connection pc first. Log into the livebox pages and check under Security > Associated Devices. Is there anything listed there? Get the wireless PC connected and check that page again, is there anything new showing? If you then shutdown and startup checking that page once more if there was a device added before is it still there?
