Yes, this whole offer seems to have turned into a proper fiasco- but the reaction of yourselves is not helping. You guys, are being seen as the bad guy as I (and many others) are trying to get answers and getting absolute no where, putting up absolutly appaling customer service and then spreading the word that Orange are not good internet provider.
Now is the time for you guys to step up to the mark and fix your mistakes. Yes PC World may need these letters with voucher, but isn't this clear that it is not working that well? In order to preserve Orange's reputaion isn't it worth a change of tack? Just get people the laptops- stop over complicating things. God! I've never had to fight this hard to spend my money with a company.
If people ring up to complain- Let them complain to the correct person. And that person needs to back up their promises and actually do something. I tried to complain to a supervisor he said, "oh well, Bye!" and hung up on me! No one seems to know what the hell they are doing.
So, in conclusion;
- Forget sticking to the rules, just get what people want to them. I think its clear the rules of the offer aint working!
- Compensate for all the calls please- 0870 numbers! I will be sending you my phone bill- enjoy! Hope you get many more!
- Gesture of Goodwill- People only tell others of bad expirences with a company not good ones. You guys have spent money to draw a lot of new customers in, if we all left it would cost double to replace us. You know it is smarter to keep us.
