Guys,

I've got the fiver a month 8Mb package with mobile phone etc.

I've been getting extremely slow speeds for the past two weeks (Usually a maximum of 23 on download. The whole of yesterday was a completely different kettle of monkeys. My average speed on download was well in excess of 300. I was getting to the point of just telling them to shove the whole thing up their arses but last night was a dream.
If it's the same tonight I'll rejoice. If it's back to shitsville then I'll smash the livebox up and die.

I'm on the £9.99 retainer package and asked for my MAC code. She said I was on the £27.99 package and could have the £9.99 package!! This was after being transferred backwards and forwards 4 times around customer care (why they make it so awkward to push stuff on you when the guy on the previous transfer had effectively given the go ahead for my MAC code to be prepared)
