...and through to either Special Provisions, Escalations or Head Office you will talk to some of the most polite, experienced and competent members of staff I have had the pleasure of speaking to.
Its such a shame that it takes 6 months of lies, deception and utter incompetence + several hours on the phone to actually get to talk to them.
