I have 22 phrases in my Orange Webmail Blocked List that I cannot remove. Neither Orange email/voice support have had an answer to this over a period of about a year. The usual "try this" solutions have been tried namely, delete all cookies, reset Explorer to defaults etc but as these filters have to work when the PC is not even switched on they must be server side, i.e. Orange servers.

I know someone who gets a "your message cannot be sent" error whenever he tries to edit the filters. What message? He wasn't sending a message.
This is a long-standing bug. It was still a problem just a few days ago.
Could we worth trying now. My problem was I could not delete filters without getting the error. Had no problem with editing. I've tested it and it now allows me to succesfully delete any filter, whether one word or phrase.
