I have the telephone illimitee service via Livebox and everything is connected up OK. I can make outgoing calls - it dials correctly and I can hear the person at the other end - the problem is they can't hear me! What am I doing wrong?
Your mistake was to assume that Orange VOIP would be usable. Seriously, even if it does work the quality is crap.
Do you know your phone works via a normal BT socket? If that's OK you proably need to try a new adapter (between Livebox and your phone). If that doesn;t work I'd forget it mate.
Make sure you have no other internet activity going on in the background i.e. downloading. If you have then the quality will be crap. What speed are you running at?
