There are one or two who work for Orange who actually seem to care and even seem like they know what they're talking about. Seems to be the customer service department which (quite rightly) cares the most.
there was 1 fella there who did seem to actually care, he even arranged to call be back the next day to see if he could help anymore, he did and then he even called back a week later to making sure everything was arite. he was a beltin lad got loads sorted.
