I'm just about the leave Orange but even I must admit the service has been inexpensive. I'd been with Wanadoo prior to the Orange rebrand, and whan I came to take up the Free Broadband offer I found out something very interesting...
During the 18 months I was with them Wanadoo had neglected to bill me in any way, shape or form...hence for the past 2 1/2 years I enjoyed free broadband without even realising it!
It actually only came to my attention when I went onto Orange Free and they told me they could'nt find any payment records for me....I check my account and lo! they were right....
ANd to be fair to them they've never tried to make me pay...
This has happened on a few rare occasions before. If I remember rightly they usually just wrote off all or a large proportion of what was supposed to be paid providing payment was then setup.
