Which i can cope with.. but then 700kb/s download. Rings Orange 300000 million f*cking times. ohhhhhhhhh Its not our fault let me do lineeeee test *YAY* Its all down yourrrrrrr side mr! Lets go and check the cables.. NO STOP RIGHT THERE THIS IS YOUR FAULT YOU F*UCKING ARSEHOLES YOU TWA* FUC*KING AH I HATE YOU. So then rings back for the line test results and oh its MY problem F*CK YOU!!!!!!!! ITS NOT ME f**** AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!. You don't have to put up with their rubbish excuse for a service.
Get your MAC code and leave - simple.
Even if you are ina contract they have to give you it by law.
Any money owed you fight out as the y broke the contract by not providing.

Yeah they are a bunch of lying b@st@rds at Orange, They tried the Livebox line with Me - I told them not to send one as I already had 2 routers and a modem, all working elsewhere, and all telling me exactly the same thing (No ADSL line) ...they sent it anyway With the 'new contract' ..and it didn't work, so the Livebox was binned, along with the contract.
They still gave me the runaround, a couple of complaints to ISPA, 3 fake MACs later I cancelled - and told them to get off my line - the ONLY thing they did in any timely fashion.
Other people on this forum have complained to the Orange Europe CEO directly via email, and got their contracts terminated. Might want to tame down your Email a bit tho'

The majority of the time the system doesn't give any details of what problems it found. The only time it does is when a technician or engineer adds a reply and mentions them, usually when it's something specific or a timeframe is involved for it to be looked at.
