does anyone here have a working address for the Orange Broadband customer care team etc? I have tried emaiing the VP Eric but his email is not accepting messages at the moment! I actually used to work for Orange (the Business side thought with Mobiles) I would be more than happy to rip apart there terms and conditions, giive specific names to speak to along with direct email addresses for anyone with mobile problems etc.
I am having the same problem with that e-mail address. I don't have any alternatives. I am going to try writing to Eric Abensur directly at the Orange Home HQ in the UK:

St. Albans,
AL1 5HE

The situation with Orange has really got beyond a joke. Although I have been a happy mobile customer of theirs for nearly 10 years, I think it is time to switch my mobile account too - I just can't bear to see their branding on anything any more.

I tried sending a letter to that address two weeks ago - judging by the response that I've received, the letter seems to have gone conveniently astray...
