Hi all , I need some help as Orange seem unable to help and keep refering me to a 0845 number to call and will charge me 50p a minute to wait in a call que and hope they can help me.
I have a Orange.net email account which I recieve on my mobile, this has been working fine untill recently. I am now getting an error saying "responce unkown" when I try to access my email via the WAP pages and I cannot seem to download emails to the handset via POP3 even though I'm getting my notifications that I have emails waiting for me. Occasisonally one gets through but most of the time it doesn't download anything!
