I ended my contract with Orange broadband on 28th Mar 07 in
accordance with their terms & conditions. Since then, I am waiting for them
to remove the tag on my phone line. Despite several phone calls to their
customers services & 5 letters to their head Office, Orange doesn't care.
Can anyone give me the email address of Didier Lombard, Orange' Chief Executive? Thanks. Mase

I have written to him twice and the first one only got a response from the customer care dept, the content of which showed they hadn't read the letter.
