Just like a number of other uses. The Talk Phone has packed in after previously working.
All the resets have been tried, the supply of a 4 wire connector [original was 2 wire] hasn't changed things, technical support useless - I have been escalated 3 times.
Solid light on livebox but no dial tone, flashes when there is an incoming call - but no effect on the connected phone [3 tried].
Has any body out there been successful in getting it working again without the supply of a new livebox.
Anybody any tips on speeding up the supply of a replacement?
Sometimes you can try and change the number to a geographic/non-geographic number to fix problems but it will probably do nothing for this. The only way of speeding it up is by talking to the escalations team but they usually send these off to be looked at so it depends who you get through to and the details of whats happened so far.
