Received a phone call from Orange, which I expected. They owe me money as they've already withdrawn a month's fee from DD that has now been cancelled so that they can't skim any more!
They acknowledged this fact and said they would ring back and refund the overpayment back into my account.
Surprise surprise, I haven't received a call. All that remains now is to see if they in actual fact do refund the over payment.
I won't play games with them; If they make a mistake they will pay for it!
