where do i start like all of you here toatlly pi**ed off with Orange its the woprst thing i have ever done
singed up on the 20 th of june 2007
letter and equipment recived 25 june
activation date of the 4th of july
slow flashing light on live box phoned up and was told to wait 48 hrs
so friday the 6th of july now told line was not ready pls wait ANOTHER 48 hrs
so like a new customer waited (like a fool)
48hrs later told my account needed to be updataed so yet again waited 24 hrs for this to take place
48 hrs later told by a manager dennis lee(yes lets nam,e these idiots) that there was a fault on the line pls wait(WAIT FOR IT YES )ANOTHER 48 hrs
48nhrs on told the fault had been fixed guess what still no broadband PPP sever down
spoke to a manager called sarah
she told me that there is a fault on the line at the LLU and until they close the last fault they cannot put a new tes up so was told to wait 72 hrs
got a phone call tonight july the 17th by sarah again and now been told that they still cant close the old fault and it looks like it will be another 48 hrs
what is it with the f ing 48hrs is that all they know or do they just hope that it will get rectififed in that time
please could someone pls tell me who to call and complain to

toatally pee d of going to cancel all my Orange phone contracts
they say we are two diffrent departments sir
SO WHY IS IT Orange THAT WHEN I TOOK THE BROADBAND WITH YOUS YOU TIED ME IN TO A NEW 18 MTH MOBILE PHONE CONTRACT

AND MY LAST MOAN IS WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR Orange sh***y BROAD BAND YOU GET THROUGH TO AN ENGLISH CALL CENTER
ONCE SIGNED UP AND YOU RING TECH SUPPORT YOU ALLWAS YES ALWAYS GET THROUGH TO INDIA NEVER ENGLISH VOICE ON THE PHONE
I NEVER WENT WITH Three BECAUSE THERE CALL CENTER WAS IN INDIA AND THEY JUST DONT UNDERSTAND THE WAY OF LIFE IN THE UK
im not a racist but pls tell me why all they say is yes i can help you with this problem bull***t...............
Welcome you just joined the exclusive Orange broadband club hope your healthy cause Orange will make you very ill. Thats why this forum exists because Orange are bottom of isp list .If your not getting broadband as part of your phone contract get out asap.

Ask for a MAC code to go to a proper ISP they have to by law to provide a MAC within 5 days in or out of contract then when they threaten you with your contract threaten them back with Ofcom the ISPA and remind them a contract works BOTH ways.

hi steve last night read all the posts on the site so iwas fully amode up when i called today they did try to say i was in contract but offcom and the ispa did the trick i could here the s**t coming out there mouths as they spoke .........lol (all the time infact)
but todat is the 18th july and i am now in NO contract to Orange broadband
they canceled it at 12:28 today no cancelation fees and £65 compensation for no service the time spent on the phone to Orange so called customer care JOKE
so take note to all ring all the time complain to every one and if your an Orange mobile user tell them you wish to cancel your contact ON THE GROUND OF YOU TOOK THE 18MNTH CONTRACT(IF YOU DID I DID)TO GET FREE BROAD BAND AND THEY ARE NOT PROVINDING THE SERVICE WHICH THEY OFFER IN THE CONTRACT WHICH YOU SIGNED SO THEY ARE BREACHING THERE SIDE OF THE CONTRACT
So too everyone on this site there is hope CHANGE FROM Orange AND GET A REAL ISP PROVIDER
I have chose BT at 18.99 a month with free wireless router unlimeted downloads and no install charges they have promised me that as soon as i give them my MAC code it will be ready to use in 5 days
so from me its goodbye and Orange broadband c UP YOURS AND DO ONE YOU LIEING CHEATING DISEATFULL UNORGANISED USELESS SO CALLED SERVICE PROVIDER
