change from speedtouch modem to livebox. phone doesnt work. previous 1.1meg speed drops to considerably less than 500mb/s.Failing to connect or disconnecting unless in morning.
Surely this is not fit for purpose and I assume I have every right to cancel whatever their small print. I'm quite happy to test this by cancelling the direct debit after writing to inform Orange. Hower has anyone solved their problems a different way?
It very much depends where the slow speeds are coming from. Going to a livebox may have upgraded you to ADSL Max, which in a few cases means you actually get a lower speed than previously. Also ADSL Max has a 10 day training period which you could still be in.
