My Mum oreded a new phone Orange did not inform her of the delivery date or even if she pased the credit check. We assumed not having heard from Orange that she had failed the credit check. 2 days after I cancled her Direct Debit which was being done on my bank account.Then informed Orange by recorded delivery what had happened and payment stopped.That day my Mum had a heart attack and addmitted to hospital. Me and My Brother was told that my Mum had incurable Cancer.Orange then tried to take 2 payments out of my bank account which had been cancled which the Bradford and Bingly charged me £54 admin charges, which they insist Orange should pay.BUT why charge me 2 payments of £30=£60 + vat when it was only one phone ordered ? I phoned Orange told them what happened they told me to contact Car Phone Wharehouse as they sent the phone out. As I got proof in writing from one of oranges shop that the phone had NOT BEEN ACTIVATED I intend taking the matter to Small Claims court to get my £54.00 bank charges back. AND THEY HAVE JUST SENT MY MUM A LETTER SAYING IF THE Orange BILL IS NOT PAID SHE WILL BE PUT ON THE DEBTORS LIST OF BAD PAYERS...THANK YOU Orange Over My dead Body YOU OWE ME MONEY
